When Biggie died, I was six years old so I didn't know much of his music yet. After studying hip hop I think he is the greatest MC of all thime and that Life After Death is hip hop's greatest double album.
vincent, the april and may issue arent opening for me. I ve used the password and can see the open blog page (with the tribe picture) but none of the other pages are showing. I went as far as downloading an alternate PDF reader with no success. please help as Ive been looking forward to these biggie issues for some time. thanks. love your work and this site.
Make sure you're using Adobe Reader 7.0 or later to open and read the files.
Ill give it a try. thanks!
And hit me at my e-mail if you have any other problems.
great! yeah... my apple preview has always worked with your pdf files and the last few months didnt (because of the new password protection in the PDF maybe?). I just assumed the file was corrupted and would be replaced/updated at some point. I downloaded adobe 9 after your suggestion, set it as the preference for PDF files and it works fine now. anyone else using a macbook/apple should prolly take note. thanks again for the help.
Thanks. But i dont consider this album a classic (Life after death).
Thanks for the issue Life After Death probably 4 mics for me though.
Life After Death is sraight 5 mics - lyricism-5, production-5, delivery-5, flow-5...the best double album to date and the truly masterpiece of course...
thanks for another dope issue. what's that with 2 covers?
@wannez - The Scarface cover was originally planned for that month but at the very last minute Biggie was killed and they added a new Biggie cover and also inserted those Biggie articles into the magazine.
thanks for the invite... really appreciate it
Thanks again for another great issue
Wow, thanks for this one. New to your blog, but the stuff you put on is fresh.
